Signs that someone needs help
Sometimes, we unknowingly miss out on noticing that someone needs help with their emotional and mental health concerns. Look out for these signs to offer them support, especially when they might be unable to reach out for help:
Problems with concentration at work/study/family duties
Relying on unhealthy ways to manage stress Example: substance use, starving/binging, self-harm, binge watching shows
Fear of being in certain situations Example: avoiding school, social outings, family plans, going near water bodies, hospitals, etc.
Withdrawing from social activities that they once enjoyed
Expressing hopelessness or helplessness

Experiencing physical health issues more frequently, which may not be explained
