Mann Ki Therapy offers long-term mental health support that involves the process of exploring mental health and emotional concerns experienced by clients. The purpose of professional therapy is to explore the individuals’ challenges leading to distress and ways to navigate through them by using various therapeutic skills and evidence-based counselling/therapy techniques. Mann Ki Therapy sessions will create a space for individuals to promote overall mental well-being and self-understanding. It is important to note that therapy or counselling do not guarantee specific outcomes or solutions.
NOTE: Mann Ki Therapy program is not for immediate crisis support. For free and immediate support in crisis/distress, you can call our Helpline at 8686 139139, from 9am to 8pm.
