If you’re a returning client, simply select your preferred date and therapist and choose an available time slot for your follow-up session.
You’ll be asked to provide some essential information to complete your booking. New clients will also receive a consent form to review and agree to the terms and conditions of our service.
Complete your payment to confirm your session. You’ll receive an email with your appointment details and a meeting link. At your scheduled appointment time, use the provided link to connect with your therapist.
Your counselling session will be conducted via audio or video call, according to your preference. A meeting link will be provided in your appointment confirmation email. Please use this link to join your session at the scheduled time.
Please ensure you are in a quiet and private space during your session to ensure confidentiality and minimize distractions.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please do so in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients.
Effective April 1st, 2025: Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling done outside of this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
We uphold strict confidentiality standards. Information shared during your counselling sessions will remain private and will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Mann Talks Counselling team, unless you provide explicit consent. (refer to Confidentiality Policy in Terms & Conditions provided at the time of booking).
We do not provide therapy sessions to minors (individuals under the age of 18).

We do offer sessions to Indian clients living outside India. However, we only accept payments through UPI or Indian debit/credit cards.
No, the Counsellor will not call you directly. After booking, both you and the counsellor will receive a Microsoft Teams meeting link via email. You will need to join the session through this link at the scheduled time.
You can cancel or reschedule your session using the link in your confirmation email. No, we do not offer refunds for “no-shows” even in case of emergencies, as our session rates are already subsidized and it isn’t sustainable for us to offer refunds in case of no-shows.
If you cannot access the internet for the entire session, you can mention it to the counsellor and we can call the phone number you provided during booking. We do not call from personal numbers.
MannKiTherapy currently offers only individual 1-on-1 counselling. If partners or family members wish to have individual sessions with our therapists, they should book with different counsellors to maintain objectivity in the client-therapist relationship.
We recommend sticking to one service (either MKT or the helpline/email) because they have different counselling teams and processes. However, if you’re a long-term therapy client and need immediate support during a crisis, you can call the helpline. You won’t be able to request your MannKiTherapy therapist on the helpline. If the helpline’s flexibility is better for you, consider switching to the helpline entirely.
