We provide high-quality, holistic mental health care to underserved communities across India. In addition to care, we focus strongly on prevention by offering practical tools for managing everyday mental well-being and sharing open-access resources to make mental health information easily available to all.

Established in 2020 by Vidhi Shanghvi, Mann Talks is a proud initiative of the Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation, the family foundation of Dilip Shanghvi, Founder of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited.
