Imagine if awareness and balance lead the way, what would become possible for you?

This 4-week immersive course offered in collaboration with Mindful Flow and led by Craig Periera, a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher, invites you to explore these questions and more. Through experiential practices, you’ll learn to integrate your senses, breath, thoughts, and emotions to cultivate the core skills of mindfulness. Through integration of awareness with our everyday life, the course aims to provide a foundation to deepen self exploration, one mindful step at a time.

Who is it for?

The program will be beneficial for caregivers, psychologists, any individual (18+) interested in finding newer and effective ways to deal with stress while navigating life challenges.

No prior experience of mindfulness practice is needed to join.

Location

The course will be conducted live online. A meeting link will be shared upon registration.

Group Size

Each group will consist of a maximum of 20 participants.

Course Fee

The course will be made available by Mann Talks, at a subsidised fee of INR 2,400 per participant.

Structure of the Course

The course is divided into just 1.5 hours live classes each weekend for 4 weeks, plus additional resources you can use on your own!

Week 1

Experiencing Mindfulness: The Power of Being Present

Discover your mind’s tendency to wander and how to gently guide it back.

Week 2

Cultivating Awareness of Sensations

Anchor and sustain attention using body sensations and movements.

Week 3

Observing Thoughts: Recognizing that Thoughts Are Not Facts

Thoughts are not always a reliable storyteller. Learn to take them with a pinch of salt.

Week 4

Emotional Intelligence: Reacting vs. Responding

Use mindfulness to regulate emotions, respond rather than react to situations and build lasting resilience.

Practice & Resources

The participants will get access to each session’s highlights and insights as a takeaway after each session. Pre-recorded guided meditations will also be provided every week, for self-practice.
