Quick Reset During Busy Days
There’s more to rest than just sleep. In this session, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to recharge even during a hectic day.
Using Mindfulness Every Day
In this session, we will learn how to bring mindfulness into daily activities like walking, eating, and working, making the ordinary moments more grounded and intentional.
Managing Your Reactions
In our final session, we’ll learn how to stay anchored during spiralling thoughts or emotional overwhelm, and respond from a more grounded, mindful space.
During the course, the participants will receive daily practice and exercise recordings from Preethi, to aid continuity of practice.
There will also be session notes shared by Preethi.
Post the 4-week course, a free Q & A session will be conducted where the participants will have a chance to share their practice experience and stay connected with the group.
