Mann Talks bring you a new series of experiential mindfulness courses tailored for the Indian context. Rooted in science and global best practices, these live, expert-led sessions will offer practical tools to build everyday mindfulness habits. Whether you’re new to mindfulness, seeking to deepen your practice, or looking for support in managing anxiety, depression, or everyday stress, we have a program for you.

Our 2-week starter courses are perfect introductions to the practice of mindfulness, the 4-week courses will help you build a consistent practice, and our 8-week course integrates mindfulness with therapeutic techniques for enhanced well-being.

These interactive courses are offered at a subsidised fee and will be led by certified and experienced mindfulness teachers with a strong understanding of mental health.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q) What language will the sessions be in?
A) The sessions will be facilitated in English. However, all teachers speak Hindi as well. If you require any support or clarity for better understanding, you can pause and ask the facilitator or coordinator from Mann Talks.

Q) If I miss a session, will I get notes?
A) You will get a session summary/notes and recording of the session. Kindly note that we highly recommend not missing sessions as the essence of live interaction and experiential learning cannot be captured in notes.

Q) If I miss a session, will I still get a certificate?
A) To receive a certificate for our mindfulness courses, specific attendance requirements apply:
– 2-Week Mindfulness Course: You must attend all live sessions.
– 4-Week Mindfulness Course: Attendance at a minimum of three live sessions is required.
– 8-Week Mindfulness Course: You need to be present for at least six live sessions.
Please note that this course is intended to support the development of your personal mindfulness practice. It does not provide you certification or qualification to teach mindfulness professionally.

Q) Will there be any concessions or free access?
A) Our courses are offered at a subsidised fee so we will not be able to give further concessions or discount. You can access our free mindfulness audio series if you have any limitations at the moment and are unable to sign up for the paid course.

Q) What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A) The participation fee is non-refundable. However, if the course is not conducted due to low participation or any reason attributable to the expert/Mann Talks, the entire amount received will be refunded.
